Hands up if you recall the animated wallpaper app Komorebi?

 

Now the app is back with a new release.

Komorebi 2 claims to be “faster, smoother, and better” than before. There are new features, a new codebaseand (naturally) new wallpapers. 

It also supports video wallpapers, which lets you to recreate the terrifying zombie wallpaper effect you see in the gif opening this post!

If disliked that you weren’t able to see or access desktop icons while using the older version of the app you’ll definitely want to upgrade. Komorebi 2 now lets you see desktop icons.

Alongside a stack of wallpaper customization options the update also features an in-app wallpaper creator.

Use this wallpaper creator you to, duh, create your own image or video backgrounds, set the position of the clock, and choose to enable or disable parallax effects.
